Ordered some clothes for my son, received an email from Hermes (just as bad) that the parcel had been left in a safe place even though I am at home?? fair enough, go look outside and no parcel.For 2 weeks I have been trying messaging the USC customer service and have yet to receive a response.Will never shop with these again
All good but paid delivery and hassle of returning items.

I order a pair of shoes from here for £60. When they arrived they were two different shades on both the material and the sole. They also appeared to be used and the box had many rips and dents, one shoe was also inside of the box and the other was just thrown loosely into the bag in which the shoes came in. The pricing online also didn’t add up to the pricing on the sticker.
Items finally arrive after a long wait to find the trousers have almost got a hole in them and can't swap for another pair or return because of poor returns policy and didn't notice the hole until after I'd taken tags off. Would not recommend
A great company to order from. This is the second time I have ordered from USC and the ordering was simple and arrived ahead of time. The products are exactly as shown and are a fantastic wear and will definitely be ordering from them again.
Faulty item arrived. Customer advisor on messenger was dismissive of my complaint and not willing to help. Phone number wasn't in use so limited to emails. After 3 emails and several messages I was asked to return the item and advised I would get my postage refunded on receipt at their end. This was not the case despite me keeping my proof of postage. I had to chase for my refund and despite having evidence I was entitled to a refund i was only able to get a voucher. Not impressed!!!
easy to use website and payments easy to do also. Keep using website as they do random sales and there are some good prices to be had
